Hercules Bin Cleaning was founded by Charlie Miles, a retired Marine Corps Officer, KC-130 Pilot, and Northern Virginia resident who believes great businesses meet customer needs, provide value, and improve the lives of the people they serve.
Charlie served for 20 years in the United States Marine Corps, flying KC-130 Hercules aircraft around the world and completing 45 combat missions in support of military operations. During his military career, he was entrusted with leading Marines in demanding environments where professionalism, accountability, and mission accomplishment were essential.
Following his military service, Charlie spent 14 years in talent acquisition and workforce strategy leadership roles, helping organizations attract, hire, and develop top talent while leading recruiting teams and enterprise workforce initiatives.
Today, he is applying those same leadership, operational, and strategic skills to a new mission: leading Hercules Bin Cleaning.
